The centrifugal casting features using the centrifugal force generated from a mold rotating at a high speed when the molten metal is injected and coagulated.

1. The molten metal is injected and distributed in the mold at high speed, preventing poor fluidity and making it have a fine surface texture.

2. High pressure is applied to the molten metal, making it have a dense casting structure without any pores.

3. Cylindrical castings, such as water pipes, etc., do not require a core.

4. Short working hours and mass production

5. It may vary depending on the shape of castings, but in most cases, a sprue gate or a shrunken head is unnecessary.

True centrifugal casting

This is the casting method that when a cylindrical container containing a liquid is rotated about a vertical or horizontal axis, the liquid is pushed against the inner wall, leaving the interior empty. It’s the method that mainly uses the horizontal axis

Ultra-precision machining (micro-nano machining or micro machining)

This is the fine and precise processing in both the thickness dimension of the workpiece and the transverse dimension of the processed surface among processing methods. Furthermore, it is the process requiring advanced technology and lots of know-how that only about three technicians can perform at our company.

This is used for welding non-ferrous metals, such as stainless, aluminum, magnesium, and copper alloys, and enables high-quality and strong welding while requiring a more complex process and a high degree of technical skill. However, its working speed is slow. (In general, it is possible to pass the R.T in the case of more than 1,200 to 1,500 hours of practice.)
